New to Reservoir!

After more than 11 years teaching piano in Brunswick, I've moved to Reservoir – next to beautiful parklands, Darebin Creek and not far from Bundoora Park and La Trobe University – the most perfect & peaceful location to learn and play piano! Very close to the borders of Bundoora and Kingsbury, I'm also not far from Preston, Heidelberg and Thomastown.

AMEB-Qualified Teacher

I am AMEB-qualified and I've taken students through AMEB exams with honours results. I've taught students of all ages – from children of 4, to adults in their 70s, many of them total beginners – from primary school & high school children who are beginners, to students who want to learn more or do their next AMEB grade; from adult beginners, to adults returning after a number of (possibly many) years!

Various styles & genres

My lessons cover many different styles – everything from classical to contemporary and the latest pop/rock. I tailor piano lessons for you – you can learn to play your favourite songs, learn to play chords, learn to read music, learn music theory, or prepare for an AMEB exam.

Patient & Experienced Teacher!

With me you will have a patient and experienced piano teacher – a multi–instrumentalist with long and diverse experience playing, performing, studying, and writing and recording music – almost 40 years playing piano and guitar!

Choice of lesson lengths

I offer a range of different length piano lessons – you can enjoy learning piano at a pace that suits you! I hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Teaching Area

My piano students have historically come from the inner north of Melbourne – now it's the northern suburbs: Reservoir, Bundoora, Kingsbury, Heidelberg West, Preston, Coburg North, Fawkner, and Thomastown.
